The charge for a single office starts at £350 pcm. This works out at approximately £11 per day excluding VAT

This is an all inclusive figure and includes the following:

  • The building is connected to Broadband, Telewest and BT
  • Utilities - Rates, Electricity, Heating, Lighting
  • Service charges & management
  • Use of Kitchen
  • Cleaning (of the common areas)
